On the last step before submitting your tax return, you must enter an Indian mobile phone number to get an OTP/one time password.
If your number is on the DND list, you may not receive the OTP. To resolve, enter a mobile number of a friend or a relative, verify and complete e-filing.
If you are not living in India currently and don't have an active Indian phone number, use a phone number of a friend or a relative in India, verify and complete e-filing on ClearTax.
We've enabled phone verification too for users who are not able to receive OTP to their phones. If you don't get an OTP, send us an email. You'll receive a phone call for verification after which you can complete your e-filing.
We're seeing some issues with e-filers using Internet Explorer. We recommend that you login to ClearTax on Chrome (preferably incognito) for a better experience.
