This generally happens when we do not get any confirmation for the transaction from our payment gateway “ Billdesk” . Reasons for this might be low internet speed , expiry of the sessions or due to other technical reasons either on the banks end or the website. We request you to call the customer care team at 08067458744 or mail us at invest @cleartax.in to check the status. Based on the confirmation from Billdesk , we will confirm with you whether you want the refund for the transaction or you want us to process your investment in the funds you have invested in.
